What we Believe

Faith Principles

  • We believe in Bible is the inspired infallible Word of God (2 Peter 1:20-21)
  • We believe in one God who is infinite in power, Holy in nature and purpose, omnipotent and omnipresent (Psalm 62:11, Isaiah 6:3 and Psalm 139:7-10)
  • We believe that God was revealed to us as Father in creation, Son in redemption, and Holy Spirit in His comforting grace that never leaves those who trust in Him (1Corinthian 8:6, Ephesians 4:6, 2Corinthians 5:19 and Joel 2:28)
  • We believe that in Jesus Christ dwells all of the fullness of the Godhead (Colossians 1:19 and Colossians 2:9)
  • We believe in the virgin birth and that Jesus was both human and divine as God manifested in the flesh (Matthew 1:23 and 1Timothy 3:16)
  • We believe in the death, burial and resurrection of Jesus (1Corinthians 15:3-4)

Kingdom Principles

  • The Principle of Promise—All the promises of God are yes and amen in Christ Jesus (2Corinthians 1:20)
  • The Principle of Praise—Teaches us that God inhabits the praises of His people (Psalm 22:3). God’s promise to never abandon us is catapulted in our praise and thanksgiving to Him.
  • The Principle of Provision—Says that when we put God first in our lives, He is faithful to provide all of our needs (Philippians 4:19)
  • The Principle of Power—Says the ability (power) to live and act accordingly to God’s will for your life can only be done through the influence (power) of the Holy Spirit (Acts 17:28, Ephesians 3:20)

About Our Pastor:

Anthony Powell was born in Birmingham, England to parents Trevor and Elaine Powell. At age 7, his parents enrolled him in the Royal School of Music in England to develop his natural affinity for the piano. As a student, Anthony learned the rudiments of music theory and classical composition. After becoming proficient in these principles, Anthony later honed his gifting in gospel, and jazz genres, which opened doors to perform and minister at various large scaled venues. Additionally, Anthony also served as Minister of Music for 25 years versed with all aspects music ministry and production. Anthony is, indeed, a true Minstrel Worshipper that has the intuitive genius to hear the melodic sound of God becoming the musical synergist for Worship.

In 1994, Anthony received his license as a minister. In this ministry role, Anthony served as a Sunday school teacher, preacher, and youth pastor for 8 years. As Anthony prospered as a minister, he was later ordained as an Elder in 2003 where his ministry expanded to counseling and mentoring. Undoubtedly, Anthony is a Man of God who has a tender heart for God’s people and driven to serve with humility ready to assist God’s people with their spiritual development.

Professionally, Anthony had a 17 year successful consulting career as a Computer Solutions Architect working with Fortune 500 companies both nationally and internationally. In 2017, Anthony transitioned from the corporate world to employ his consulting expertise to advance the Kingdom and labor in ministry full time as the Executive Pastor. In this capacity, Anthony has the crucial responsibility of church advancement and Kingdom Initiatives to develop resources and opportunities for the Kingdom and its citizens.

On August 2018, Anthony heard and accepted the audible call to start a ministry, where he was mentored by his then current Pastors Dr. Ken Miller and Lady Vera Miller of Kingdom Vision Ministries in Riverdale, GA. On February 2019, the completion of their tutelage led to the launch of Kingdom Minded Ministries in Peachtree City, GA.

Anthony is married to the lovely Christine Powell as of February 2005, and their marriage yielded 3 beautiful children, Anthony II, Abigail, and Andrew.

Our ministry teaches, develops, and mature the citizens of the Kingdom, so that they live in their destiny, a purposeful life, the life God intends for them to live.

The Perspective of Ministry

We are not a church in the common religious sense. Kingdom Minded Ministries is a Worship Center that is a part of the Kingdom. We give information and inspiration at the Worship Center to impact all areas of Kingdom Living. We foster an environment for Worship even prophetic Worship that strengthens our relationship with God our King.

Capturing the Supernatural move and presence of God is the way we will grow and expand Kingdom Minded Ministries.

Kingdom Resource

Every resource needed for Kingdom Minded Ministries and the citizens of the Kingdom is found in God, where there is no lack or deficiency. When we seek the Kingdom first and God’s righteousness, all things will be added.
